The Hertz C 26 OE (MFR #: C 26 OE) is a specialized high-performance tweeter set from the Cento series, specifically engineered for OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) integration. Unlike standard aftermarket tweeters that require custom modification, the C 26 OE features a optimized geometry designed to maximize acoustic performance when tucked away in factory locations. With its Tetolon® fiber dome and advanced motor structure, it delivers a natural, detailed sound that transforms standard factory audio systems into a high-fidelity experience.

Tetolon® Fiber Dome: These 26 mm (1 in.) tweeters utilize a soft Tetolon® fiber diaphragm paired with a 20 mm (0.8 in.) voice coil. FEM Optimized Geometry: The faceplate and internal structure are refined using Finite Element Method (FEM) modeling. Those guys are really professional! I had a new Alpine floating head unit installed in my 2008 Mercedes, and it feels like a brand-new car. The installation was super clean. At first, the sound wasn’t the same as the factory stereo, but Kevin tuned it to be just as good—if not better—without adding any new amps. Kevin was awesome, he took his time and explained everything to me. I went in initially for a dash cam install and then decided to get a sub and amp installed as well. Both turned out great and will be returning if I need more work done.

Highly recommend Kevin and the team at San Diego Car Stereo for any issues with aftermarket stereos.
